Mongold Junk Removal proudly serves residential and commercial customers throughout Vancouver, Washington, and surrounding communities. All services are subject to distance guidelines, availability, and the company’s minimum service charge requirements.

Defined Service Area

The company’s standard service radius is 30 miles from Vancouver, Washington.
Services requested outside this radius are considered extended service areas and may be subject to additional travel fees.
Service availability beyond this area is determined by management based on scheduling, fuel cost, and crew capacity.
Mongold Junk Removal reserves the right to limit or deny service to locations that are unsafe, inaccessible, or located beyond reasonable travel distance for the requested service type.

Minimum Service Charge

A minimum service charge applies to all jobs regardless of size, material type, or duration. This fee covers labor, fuel, insurance, and equipment costs.
The minimum charge ensures fair compensation for the crew’s time and operating expenses associated with travel, preparation, and disposal.
The minimum charge may vary depending on service type, distance, and local disposal costs but will be disclosed in writing before service is scheduled.
Jobs canceled upon arrival or deemed incomplete due to customer preparation issues may still incur the minimum service fee to cover travel and labor expenses.

Availability and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis within available routes.
The company makes every effort to accommodate customer preferences for specific time slots or service days.
Same-day or urgent requests are subject to crew availability and may include a convenience fee if outside the normal route schedule.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address, gate codes, or entry instructions prior to the scheduled appointment.
If incorrect or incomplete information causes significant delay or additional mileage, the extended travel fee may still apply.
The customer must verify that vehicles can safely access the property and that local ordinances allow for service in that area.

Right to Refuse Service

Mongold Junk Removal reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service under the following conditions:
Unsafe property or working environment
Discovery of prohibited or hazardous materials
Excessive pest or biohazard contamination
Non-payment, fraudulent information, or customer misconduct
Circumstances that violate company policy, law, or safety guidelines
In such cases, a minimum service fee may still apply if travel or labor time has occurred.

Policy Enforcement

This policy is enforced to ensure operational efficiency and fairness to both the customer and the company. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in service cancellation or rescheduling. The company reserves the right to update travel boundaries, fees, or minimum charge requirements as fuel and operational costs change.
