Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: Never. All pricing is transparent. Additional charges only apply for things like stairs, extra travel distance, or special disposal requirements, which are clearly explained ahead of time.
Q: Do you offer free quotes?
A: Yes. We provide free estimates by phone, text, or onsite so you always know what to expect before we begin.
Services & Scheduling
Q: What types of junk do you remove?
A: We handle most non-hazardous items, including furniture, appliances, household clutter, yard items, and light construction debris.

A: We are based in Vancouver, Washington, and proudly serve Clark County and surrounding areas.
Q: How soon can you schedule service?
A: Most appointments can be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours. Same-day service may be available depending on route and load size.

Hauling & Transport
Q: What is the difference between junk removal and hauling?
A: Junk removal is for items you no longer want and need properly disposed of. Hauling & Transport is for items you want moved from one location to another, such as storage units, offices, or local deliveries.
Q: Can you help me move furniture between apartments or storage units?
A: A: Yes. We offer local transport for small moves and item transfers within our service area.
Q: Are you a moving company?
A: No. We specialize in light, local hauling and delivery services, not full-scale residential moving.
Materials & Restrictions
Q: Are there any items you cannot take?
A: We cannot transport hazardous or biohazardous materials, chemicals, paints, or items infested with pests. We can, however, coordinate proper disposal through licensed third-party vendors.
Q: Can you handle heavy or oversized items?
A:Yes, though additional equipment or labor fees may apply depending on size, weight, and access.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: A: We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments at the time of service.
Q: Can you help me move furniture between apartments or storage units?

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
