The General Service Policy sets the foundation for how Mongold Junk Removal conducts business with fairness, safety, and transparency. It outlines what customers can expect from our team and what responsibilities customers have in return. This policy ensures that all services are performed consistently, efficiently, and with mutual respect between our company and the people we serve.

Policy Statement
Mongold Junk Removal is committed to providing reliable, professional, and respectful service for every job we accept. All work performed by our crew members must align with company procedures, local regulations, and safety standards. This policy applies to all residential and commercial junk removal, hauling, and transport services performed under the Mongold Junk Removal name.

Scope of Service

Services include, but are not limited to, junk removal, local hauling, light delivery, donation transport, and recycling coordination.

Work will be performed only after the customer has reviewed and approved a written or digital estimate provided by an authorized company representative.

Mongold Junk Removal does not provide full-service moving or long-distance transport outside the approved service area.

All services are scheduled by appointment only. Same-day service may be available depending on location and workload.

Company Obligations

The company agrees to perform all work in a safe, lawful, and professional manner.

Crews will arrive within the provided time window and maintain communication with customers if delays occur.

All staff will wear appropriate safety gear and conduct themselves respectfully on every property.

Items removed, hauled, or delivered will be handled with reasonable care to prevent damage to customer property and surroundings.

Mongold Junk Removal reserves the right to decline any service that presents an unsafe condition, violates state or federal regulations, or falls outside our operational scope.

Customer Obligations

The customer must ensure that all areas requiring service are safe, accessible, and free from obstacles at the time of arrival.

Appliances or equipment must be disconnected prior to pickup unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Customers must disclose any known hazards, restricted materials, or unsafe conditions before the crew begins work.

Someone 18 years or older must be present during service unless prior arrangements are made for unattended pickup or delivery.

The customer agrees to comply with all policies, including payment terms, cancellation notice, and preparation requirements.

Professional Conduct

All Mongold Junk Removal employees are expected to maintain professionalism, use appropriate language, and show respect to every customer and property.

Customers are also expected to treat crew members with respect and maintain a safe, cooperative environment while work is performed.

Any behavior that threatens safety, involves harassment, or disrupts the work environment may result in immediate termination of the service.

Right to Refuse Service

Mongold Junk Removal reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service under the following conditions:

Unsafe property or working environment

Discovery of prohibited or hazardous materials

Excessive pest or biohazard contamination
-
Non-payment, fraudulent information, or customer misconduct

Circumstances that violate company policy, law, or safety guidelines

In such cases, a minimum service fee may still apply if travel or labor time has occurred.

Policy Enforcement

Failure to follow the General Service Policy may result in rescheduling, additional charges, or cancellation of service. The company retains the right to update this policy at any time to comply with legal, safety, or operational requirements. The most current version will always be available to customers upon request or on the company’s website.
