Policy Statement
The Recycling and Disposal Policy establishes Mongold Junk Removal’s commitment to responsible material handling, waste reduction, and environmental stewardship. Our goal is to minimize landfill impact by prioritizing recycling, donation, and reuse whenever possible, while ensuring that all remaining materials are properly disposed of through approved and licensed facilities.

Sorting Process
Mongold Junk Removal offers sorting as an optional service for customers who wish to ensure that recyclable or reusable materials are separated from general debris. When requested, our team will evaluate items for donation, recycling, and reuse, following safe and responsible handling procedures.
-
Material Classification:
If sorting is requested, items will be categorized by type and condition to determine their best method of handling. -
Recyclable Materials:
Approved recyclables, such as metals, cardboard, paper, and select plastics, will be diverted to certified recycling facilities. -
Donation-Quality Items:
Clean, functional items suitable for reuse may be donated to local charities or community programs. -
Reuse and Resale:
Items with resale potential may be refurbished or sold by Mongold Junk Removal. The term reuse includes both donated and resold materials that can be responsibly diverted from disposal. -
Standard Disposal:
If sorting is not requested, or if items cannot be reasonably separated, all materials will be removed and disposed of safely through licensed disposal facilities.

Customer Responsibilities
-
Item Disclosure:
Customers must disclose any known hazardous materials, biohazards, or restricted items prior to service so they can be handled according to the proper policies. -
Donation Requests:
Customers may request specific items be donated or recycled. While we make every effort to accommodate such requests, final determination is based on condition, logistics, and facility acceptance. -
Preparation of Items:
Items should be reasonably clean and free from contamination to qualify for donation or recycling. Items containing mold, pests, or hazardous residues cannot be diverted. -
Ownership Release:
Once materials are removed from the property, ownership is transferred to Mongold Junk Removal, and all decisions regarding donation, recycling, resale, or disposal are made at the company’s discretion.

Environmental Commitment
Mongold Junk Removal maintains partnerships with certified recycling centers, donation facilities, and community programs to ensure responsible material recovery. By following strict sorting procedures and responsible disposal practices, we reduce landfill waste, conserve resources, and give usable materials a second life.

Liability and Limitations
-
Mongold Junk Removal cannot guarantee that all items will qualify for recycling or donation due to condition, contamination, or facility restrictions.
-
Donation receipts are provided directly by the receiving organizations when applicable. Mongold Junk Removal does not issue tax documentation for donated goods.
-
Items deemed unsafe, contaminated, or unsanitary will be disposed of and are not eligible for donation or resale.
