Right to Refuse or Halt Service
Mongold Junk Removal prioritizes safety above all else.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or stop work at any time if conditions are found to be unsafe, hazardous, or beyond the reasonable scope of our standard services.
If, during a job, our crew encounters hazardous materials, biohazards, or chemical substances, the project will be paused immediately. In such cases, Mongold Junk Removal will coordinate with a licensed third-party contractor who is certified to handle hazardous materials in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Additionally, if evidence of a pest infestation (such as rodents, insects, or bed bugs) is discovered, the job may be temporarily halted until proper extermination or containment procedures have been discussed and arranged with the customer.

Where Does Mongold Junk Removal Fit In?
We know that an estate cleanout is rarely just another project. It often comes with memories, emotions, and the weight of letting go. At Mongold Junk Removal, we approach every cleanout with compassion and respect for what once filled that space.
Our team treats every item and every story as if it were our own, working carefully to sort what can be donated and remove what needs to go, so families can focus on healing and moving forward. We believe in helping people through life’s transitions with kindness, honesty, and hard work.
When you choose Mongold Junk Removal, you are choosing a team that cares about more than just the job; we care about you, your family, and the peace that comes with a space made ready for new beginnings.
