This policy outlines the company’s procedures for addressing customer concerns, processing refunds when applicable, and maintaining satisfaction through consistent service quality.

Policy Statement

Mongold Junk Removal strives to provide every customer with an exceptional experience, accurate pricing, and dependable results. While all services are provided on a final-sale basis due to disposal, labor, and transportation costs, we guarantee professional, courteous, and honest work.


Refunds are evaluated only under specific circumstances where service errors or miscommunication occur, and corrective measures are deemed appropriate by management.

Service Guarantee

  • Commitment to Quality:
    Our crews are trained to complete each job efficiently, safely, and according to the agreed-upon scope of work.

  • Customer Satisfaction:
    If a customer is dissatisfied with a completed job, Mongold Junk Removal will make every reasonable effort to address concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Corrections and Adjustments:
    In cases of verified service errors, partial refunds or credit toward future services may be offered at management’s discretion.

  • Good Faith Resolution:
    Customers are encouraged to notify Mongold Junk Removal within 48 hours of service completion regarding any concerns or quality issues so they can be resolved promptly.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payments:
    When a customer is charged more than once for the same service.

  • Overpayment:
    If a payment exceeds the total amount owed after final calculation.

  • Service Not Rendered:
    If a prepayment or deposit was made for a job that was never performed due to scheduling conflicts or company cancellation.

  • Service Errors:
    In rare cases where Mongold Junk Removal fails to deliver a contracted service due to internal error or oversight.

Refunds are not issued for the following situations:

  • Customer dissatisfaction resulting from pricing disagreements after service completion.

  • Changes in scope or load size that alter final billing.

  • Disposal or dump costs already incurred.

  • Service delays caused by weather, access limitations, or customer-preparedness issues.

  • Cancellations made after a crew has already arrived on-site.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official contact form within 5 business days of the service date.

  • Management will review all service notes, photos, and payment records within 10 business days of receiving the request.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

  • If refund eligibility is not met, the customer will receive a written explanation outlining the decision.

Customer Communication

  • Customers with a returned or delinquent payment will receive a written notice or invoice update specifying the balance due and any related fees.

  • If no response is received within 5 business days, a final notice will be issued before the account is escalated to collections or legal review.

  • Customers are responsible for keeping billing and contact information current to avoid missed communications or additional fees.

Policy Enforcement

This policy applies to all residential, commercial, and contracted accounts.
Failure to comply with payment requirements may result in suspension of services, permanent account closure, or legal recovery action.


Mongold Junk Removal reserves the right to revise this policy as financial procedures, laws, or banking standards evolve.
