Additional Fees Policy

Purpose and Importance

The Additional Fees Policy explains when extra charges may apply during a job. Not every property is the same and not every load can be handled under a simple flat rate. Some sites require extra labor, extra time, special handling, or more travel than standard service.

This policy keeps pricing fair, consistent, and transparent so customers know what situations may increase the total cost of service.

Policy Statement

Mongold Junk Removal provides upfront pricing whenever possible. However, certain conditions, materials, or access issues may require additional fees. These fees are used to cover extra labor, equipment, time, travel, or disposal costs that are outside the scope of a standard junk removal or hauling service. All additional fees will be explained to the customer before work continues whenever it is reasonable to do so.

Additional Information

  • Additional fees are determined based on labor, safety, travel, vendor costs, and disposal requirements.

  • Management may approve or adjust fees in special circumstances, but all must be documented and explained clearly to the customer.

  • Any unforeseen conditions that significantly change the scope of work must be reviewed and authorized before continuing the job.

  • Customers will always be provided with written or electronic documentation of any additional charges applied.

Policy Enforcement

All employees, contractors, and team leaders are required to follow this policy during estimates, scheduling, and active job execution. Failure to disclose or properly document additional fees may result in corrective action or loss of job authorization.

Supervisors and management are responsible for reviewing any disputed or unusual charges to ensure compliance with company standards. Repeated violations or intentional misapplication of fees may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.

Mongold Junk Removal management reserves the right to interpret, amend, or enforce this policy as needed to ensure fairness, transparency, and operational integrity.
