Additional Fees Policy
Purpose and Importance
The Additional Fees Policy explains when extra charges may apply during a job. Not every property is the same and not every load can be handled under a simple flat rate. Some sites require extra labor, extra time, special handling, or more travel than standard service.
This policy keeps pricing fair, consistent, and transparent so customers know what situations may increase the total cost of service.

Policy Statement
Mongold Junk Removal provides upfront pricing whenever possible. However, certain conditions, materials, or access issues may require additional fees. These fees are used to cover extra labor, equipment, time, travel, or disposal costs that are outside the scope of a standard junk removal or hauling service. All additional fees will be explained to the customer before work continues whenever it is reasonable to do so.

Policy Enforcement
All employees, contractors, and team leaders are required to follow this policy during estimates, scheduling, and active job execution. Failure to disclose or properly document additional fees may result in corrective action or loss of job authorization.
